What to do Instead of Eat

A lot of times, you might find yourself bored so you eat. NO. Don't. You'll end up eating a LOT of food and it'll be junky and make you and your metabolism feel like crap. 

Instead, try something along these lines: 

  1. Take a walk with a pet
  2. go for a run
  3. listen to music
  4. read a book
  5. draw
  6. write
  7. watch a movie
  8. have a dance party
  9. play a video game
  10. do homework
  11. clean your room
  12. organize your closet
  13. practice with makeup
  14. take a nap
  15. organize your backpack
  16. surf the internet
  17. watch youtube videos
    1. makeup
    2. beauty
    3. organizing
    4. comedy
    5. ed related
  18. start a blog like this one
  19. make a thinspo journal
  20. do a body check
  21. go through old photos
  22. call a friend
  23. paint your nails
  24. do your hair
  25. online shopping
  26. teach yourself a new language
  27. learn how to draw using tutorials
  28. make a meal plan
  29. track your calories
  30. make an exercise plan
  31. go on social media
  32. play a computer game
  33. play an addicting app
  34. go on netflix
  35. start an anime
  36. start a scary tv show
  37. go out with friends (and say you ate already)
  38. meditate
I'll add to this but I couldn't think of anything else at the moment. 


My Meal Plan

This is what I've been trying to eat for the past 6-12 months. I don't always get it that low, but I try my best.

Breakfast:
1 Banana - 120
1/2 glass of 2% milk - 60ish

Snack: after school
1 Special K Pastry Crisp - 50

Lunch:
Pasta - 200 (parents. :/)

Snack: after school or at night
1 Special K Pastry Crisp - 50 (there are 2 in a pack)

Dinner: I eat with my parents
1 piece wheat bread - 60
Veggies - 60-100
Lentils - 75
Rice - 50

Total: 765 calories

Exercise: 100 cals

Net: 665 calories
